A tablet a day won't hurt you, Kav. I have to take over 20,and I know people who have it worse than me. It just becomes habit after a while, you go into autopilot mode on them.

thx.  I still think diet and exercise can supersede the pills eventually.

For blood pressure yeah, I'd hope so. But look on the bright side: most blood pressure tablets help with migraines too, if they're a problem for you. Two birds, one stone.
