Read about guy who scams nigerians. he says look I know what youre doing and I'm a scammer too-we can pull a scam together-I work for the arts council-if you enter I can make sure you win the $50,000 prize. then he gets them to carve elaborate ludicrous wooden items or run thru the village in bizarre outfits screaming and doing weird dances on video to enter in the 'competition'. Once theyve created their 'artwork' he gets a $100 entry fee from them.
