Roo meat isn't very nice. Very tough, stringy and tastes a bit gamey. Just not much you can do with it.

Let it marinate in cognac a bit before coocking your roo steak,its great!my father is a fan of it lol.he sometimes buy some from local  farmers.i like crocodile better myself but o well...

Croc is nice. I'll have to try that for roo. I just, meat wise, generally speaking I only eat beef, and avoid poultry and seafood, but do eat bacon, and pork if I absolutely must. Does croc count as seafood? What is it?

If Greenpeace know how to cook it, then please share, Greenpeace. It's so difficult to get right for a meat that isn't that great anyway.
