Do you put eggs and bread crumbs in your meatloaf @kav?

Its basically a meatball but with those 2 added and ketchup!

Yummy!

Course I put eggs and crumbs in meatballs too lol

yes 2 eggs 1 cup bread crumbs, tomato paste, chopped garlic.  then tomato paste mixed with ketchup and brown sugar for the topping.  9.0 city.

Tomato paste sounds like a nice addition, I'm wondering if it matters how much. The cans I have are small, I originally thought tomato sauce would be good but those cans are large and would be to liquid.

I was always curious if paste, though not liquid enough, would be a good alternative! Thanks 🙏

you can substitute ketchup.
