The only brain dude I know of is lloyd llewelyn when he wore the brain belt one night and woke up with a giant dome, but no smarter.  It was a spoof on lois lane comic where she got giant dome and kept hiding it in unusual fashion.  one panel lloyd grabs cigar store indian head dress and puts it on and when ilona says lloyd why on earth are you wearing that ridiculous thing lloyd thinks fast and says 'er it looked like something socrates might have worn'.  (since ilona goes for brainy guys).

FIVE!? Man, best I've done was one Triple Whopper when I hadn't eaten for two days, and I was impressed with myself. I can't imagine eating five normal ones.
