I made Japanese milk bread yesterday. Prep time: 15 minutes.

Never. Again. All for 1 loaf of bread, and leftover tangzhong to make more. The tangzhong has been binned. 

All for me to remember I have had milk bread before and disliked it, so now I'm trying to get myself out of this s#&tfit that will launch as soon as I tell my mother we slaved all afternoon making bread I knew (but had forgotten) I didn't like. That'll go down reaaalll well. 

I'm doomed.
