Hello, im having trouble paying for my last submission. I needed to update the payment option but i can’t get ahold of anyone to fix this problem. My cards have been just sitting at their location.

I called CS extension instead and they sent an email to accounting for me. Last week I called accounting probably 10-12 times at different points of the day over two days and no one ever answered. Sounds like he can't get anyone, so suggesting email will be easier for him.
