Not sure what the issue is, the cert number checks out, and there are plenty of slots available for that book. I will follow up when I get more information. Thanks! For some reason whenever I try to define 1118828017 as X-Factor #24 in my custom set it just says it's an error. This has been going on for a couple months. Here's the book Any help appreciated. This is what I get, "An error occurred during your last request. The error was logged and will be reported to the webmaster automatically.
