Unable to make payment 0

I'm trying to submit for the Perez signing and when I go to make payment it keeps coming up as declined despite there being funds in the account. Is it because I am using a debit card instead of a credit card? I'm UK based.

Good morning,

Thank you for your message. Charges are not run until we actually receive your order here in the office.  The online form is not a live form so it doesn't actually run those charges when you complete the form online.  There must be some other issue causing that to not go through properly.  If you can email us a screen shot of what you are seeing, we can check into that further for you.  You can email us at submissions@cgccomics.com.
