The Joker stars on the cover by Sprang, introducing "The Case of the 48 Jokers" story inside the issue. Sprang, Bob Kane, and Charles Paris drew interior art for the book.  Originally purchased on these boards many years ago.  I would describe it conservatively as VG+ and potentially on the borderline of VG/Fine.  For pricing purposes listing the book closer to the VG+ value.  The interior of the book is really exceptional - flat, clean and with no disruptions - almost as if the book has been unread.  The flaws are mostly in the cover.  The slight tear (in the pic) by the upper staple and the bottom staple is no longer secured to the book.  But overall, a very nice showing copy with great colors on the cover.
