CGC Submission Tracking Page 0

This is not so much a question, but please fix the submission tracking so orders NEVER fall off the page.

A) Not seeing my current orders because they take longer than 8 months is embarrassing for CGC.

B) Being able to see my complete order history would be fantastic.

Thank you for your message and your suggestions.  We actually do have that in the works and hopefully that will be updated soon.  It is a major programming change so it will take some time for that to be completed but we are definitely working on it!

If a submission does fall off the tracking page, what are we supposed to do? I’ve been trying to contact support about this issue but have not received a response. I had a submission received last May and the tracking has been missing for over a week. All of a sudden there is no record of my submission.
