Grade and Pressing won't allow a custom label to be added 0

I'm trying to get my Ultimate Comics Spider-man #1 11/11 Cleaned and pressed thru CGC and it wont allow for a custom label to be added.  Only when submitting regular modern.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry you are having an issue with the form.  If you are not able to access the custom labels on your form.  You can hand write the label you want on your packing slip once you print that out.  Please be sure to write the label number in large bold letters so our receiving team doesn't miss it.  You can find a listing of labels and their numbers here: CGC's Custom Label Series | CGC (cgccomics.com)
