I have checked several times on the status of my submission, #77441650478, supposedly checked into your facility August 8, 2020. Since then, I have been assured it was housed safely waiting to be opened and inspected. Today, Jan. 16, 2021, I get a message you have no such submission. WTF? Bade enough, I've had to wait more than 5 months for books to be graded but now, after repeated assurances you have the books, you inform they are missing. To say that I'm upset is an understatement. I have a lot of valuable silver age books in those boxes and want to know what the hell you have done with them. If you lost them, let me know so I can file insurance claim! I did check the number you provided but it does not come up in our system and I also do not find a packing slip that matches that number. Are you sure you have the correct order number?
