But equally understandably (hopefully), you can see why CGC would not want to evaluate a card they cannot physically inspect for free for some stranger on the internet and give anything resembling a professional opinion. You can consider asking the same question in the general trading cards area and see if any board members have any opinions, or possibly there is a more active pokemon forum somewhere on the internet that can be of service. good luck.
