PGM Amazing Spider-man 101- with “box” marks on cover 3 3

Hello,

I was wondering opinion on grade for this.  Book is in good shape except for the “box” (lack of better way to describe) marks on cover.  I tried to get pics of them.  They are pretty much on whole front cover but not deep enough to show on inside of front cover.  Thanks in advance!!

Around the 5.5 to 6 mark,  foxing, stains and water damage is one thing cgc don't miss

Clean and press to 6.0

Yeah, that back is not good 5.5

5.0/5.5 range. The spine looks a bit more worn in the closeups, plus the stains on the back. (The grid lines visible in the gloss just look to be production marks; no effect on grade.)

Staining will kill it and keep it below 6.0. Not worth C&P.
