Some of the books I want to add a custom label, but when I do this, it creates a separate order, thus charging additional freight and it removes the FT option?? Am I doing something wrong? Help. When you select options like special labels or pressing, etc. on some books but not all, then they will be separated when they are received and completed at different times. You would be charged separate shipping fees on those submissions as they will ship out at different times. If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you! If it isn't showing up on your packing slip for some reason, you can manually write that on the packing slip.
