Custom Labels & Standard Labels, Same Order 0

Sending in 25 books for grading, fast track. Some of the books I want to add a custom label, but when I do this, it creates a separate order, thus charging additional freight and it removes the FT option?? Am I doing something wrong? Help.

Thank you for your message. No, that is correct.  When you select options like special labels or pressing, etc. on some books but not all, then they will be separated when they are received and completed at different times.  You would be charged separate shipping fees on those submissions as they will ship out at different times.

When I add a custom label on to a book that I'm submitting, modern + fast track, the fast track doesn't show up when reviewing the cart? Does this mean I can't add a label AND fast track the order?

Hello, you definitely can add custom labels to fast track orders.  If it isn't showing up on your packing slip for some reason, you can manually write that on the packing slip.  Just be sure to write that in large bold letters so we don't miss it when your order is logged in.
