Book ruined by CCS and/or CGC, what now?

This book was submitted to CCS/CGC with no visible defects outside of minor (non color breaking) spine stress. Came back 5.0 with no graders notes. Upon inspection the back cover is mangled. Part of a larger submission with no damage to other books so not during shipping, this DEFINITELY happened in the hands of CCS/CGC.

Emailed yesterday, over 24 hours and (unsurprisingly) no response.
