Here is my copy of Fantastic Four #17.

Here are the issues as I see them:

There is significant creasing on the whole front cover. Some of the creases could be pressed out, but there seems to be an equal number of color-breaking creases. There is a stain near the phrase, “The peril of the room without a floor!” There is dirt or staining at the lower right-hand corner of the back cover. There is a ¼” tear below the coupon at the bottom of the back cover. There are two creases at the bottom of back cover that look like tears, but are not. The back cover seems to be dirty.

 

I think that this book could be improved by a cleaning/pressing. What are your thoughts? Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

4.0 I think-  I can’t speculate on this book if it could or would be improved grade wise. Because I don’t know
