Where would I go to post general TCG collecting questions?

Specifically, I was referred to Charlie Hurlocker (by an admin at the Pokegym) - would like to solicit his advice. Would a PM be more appropriate?

I think generally you can post in this forum, where you posted this question.  Of course no one is stopping you from sending a pm to someone if you have a question for a specific person
