Okay, I’ll be the first to admit we’re living that Andy Warhol quote in that every Bronze Age book seemingly gets to be a key for 15 minutes, but I reread this one and it’s legit. This is the beginning/backstory of the Atlantis/Wakanda adversarial relationship and the animosity between Namor and Black Panther.

(If you’re wondering exactly how old school, non-vibranium costume T’Challa survived a couple rounds with Namor…well, guess who the Hulk sided with?)

Dark Horse Presents #35 VF early Predator. $8

Green Lantern #68 looks 9.0 or better at a glance but lots of little flaws bring it down: faint vertical crease in back cover, tiny chip out lower right front cover, slight baling wire nicks top and bottom. This book was not at the top of the bundle but it was not too far down. Calling it VF- overall. $15
