Cover is really nice, but the spine is a little worn.  Your 7.0 estimate is probly in the ballpark, but you might be underselling it a bit.  I don't think it's good enough for an 8.0, but a 7.5 wouldn't be out of line.

Normally, I would say 6.5 but this is marvel chipping era so 7.5-8.0 imo
