Is CGC still operating on Saturdays? Or did yall stop working overtime? I got kind of the same issue as the OP....

I can't say for 100% certainty but, I do not believe customer service is available on Saturdays.  I will ask Monday and post the answer for future reference.

I can confirm CGC customer support is not open on the weekend. So I will also assume the rest of CGC isn't open on the weekend either anymore.....
