Soiling (I don't think it's foxing..) along with a few too many spine stress marks

and URFC crease keep it out of higher grade ...

Actually the ink transfer doesn't bother me as much as the multiple spine ticks

this book has. I'd say 6.5 is pretty accurate!

Oh I agree, it has great eye appeal and is nicely centered.

I just thought you wanted to know how CGC would grade it.

I owned a copy of this book once. They are hard to obtain. You'll have no trouble selling it. 6.5
