PGM DD #6 - GRADE IS IN! 4 4

Here is my copy of Daredevil #6.

Here are the issues as I see them:

There is fraying at the top left-hand corner of the front cover. There are very small creases at the bottom right-hand corner and the top right-hand corner of the front cover, but I believe they are non-color breaking. There are small creases along the right-hand side of the cover, which seem to be non-color breaking. There is a small stain along the right-hand side of the front cover, just above the staple. There are multiple small creases throughout the back cover, but they are non-color breaking. There is some light tanning along the right-hand side of the cover.

I think that this book could be improved by a cleaning/pressing. What are your thoughts? Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

Hmm, I don't know that grade

As is 7.0/7.5 ..cleaning would help, but not sure what press would do
