Not Enough Additional Ink to Qualify for the Additional Ink Error Label? 2 2

Hi. I recently received an 11 card Pokemon error CGC return. Only 2 received the additional ink error label. I knew going in that a few of these are not so noticeable and CGC may not qualify them as errors. I feel that more of them should have qualified. Maybe the error graders missed them?

 

Here is what I sent in:

 

• 1 Dark Charizard with a yellow dot on its back. It looks like the same yellow as the yellow border.

• 9 cards pulled from an EX Crystal Guardians Storm Surge Theme Deck. They all have the same type of ink smudge starting on the top right edge at the back of each card.
