Here is my copy of Daredevil #10.

 

Here are the issues as I see them:

 

There are creases at the top right-hand corner, the top left-hand corner, and the bottom right-hand corner of the front; only the top left-hand corner is color-breaking. There is some color loss in the upper left-hand corner of the front cover. There are several spine tics along the spine of the front cover, and most of them seem to be color-breaking. There is a ½”color-breaking crease along the top edge of the front cover. There are two small stains in the bottom right-hand corner of the front cover. There are some non-color breaking creases along the top edge of the back cover, including a large crease in the upper right-hand corner. However, these creases are non-color breaking. There are some fingerprints near the bottom right-hand corner of the back cover. There are some creases along the left-hand edge of the back cover, with the bottom left-hand corner being the worst.

 

I think that this book could be improved by a cleaning/pressing. What are your thoughts? Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

With a press I'd say 5.0 maybe 5.5

I wouldn't have a problem with 5.5 as is, and with a crease or two fewer it could even be 6.0.

I am also of the 5.5-6.0 camp, would not be surprised with 6.0 at all.

I think it could be a 6.0 .. issues are just the edge wear, corners, small abrasions on the cover, looks flat. Not seeing how a press can help much in this instance.
