Should I do a new submission form or is the old one ok? 0

I filled one out almost 2 years ago but never mailed the books out it is still there and I was able to print it off but was worried the date on it might mess things up. Should I redo the whole thing? Is it still ok?

Good morning, thank you for your message.  The online forms and pricing have changed since then so you should create a new form and print out a new packing slip to include with your books.  Thank you!
