CGC Submission Slip Not Showing up 0

Hello I just recently signed up to CGC and made my submission. Havent gotten to packing it but when I was about to the online submission forms page and then clicking on to packing slip link does bring up anything but a blank screen. Has anyone else have this problem. Pls need help and want to send my comics in ASAP.

Thank you for your message.  Our servers were down for about an hour yesterday which was preventing certain functions from working properly.  However, everything should be back up and running correctly now.  If you still experience an issue, please let us know.

Good afternoon, I recently sent in a submission of two types of comics & one (4014267) seems to be all good but the other set, 4014268, seems to have disappeared from the system a couple weeks ago.  Can someone look into this & advise?   Thanks Very Much!
