All, this is not an expensive comic, but I am trying to hone my grading skills.

I really appreciate your input.

I have a (my) grade for this book but want to see if what the pros say.

Hard to be definitive from two pics, but there aren't a lot of visible flaws in either of them.  The spine wear and stress marks are the main issue for me, but I think it's in upper VF territory; 8.0-8.5.

6.5. If you look at the top of the front cover you begin to see a good amount of color fade. You also have a good amount of spine ticks on the cover.

I had it at 6.5.  Based on your grades I am right at the average, maybe a little low.

Avg 6.8 (does CGC have a 6.8...lol)

Am I seeing a crease on the BC, between the top page corner and the word ‘It’s’?  Or is that part of cover image?

Lots of spine ticks here. Even though they are tiny, they accumulate to knock this down to a 6.5 IMO
