Nic8612
I tried searching around and couldn't find an answer to this question. I've never seen a graded one so I was just curious
tth2
Perhaps a direct query to CGC would be the best way to go?

Here is a link to collectibles that are not encapsulated. https://www.cgccomics.com/grading/collectibles-that-are-not-encapsulated/ Here are 2 paragraphs that are relative. There are several reasons why a collectible cannot be graded or encapsulated by Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®). Some of the most common reasons involve authenticity, size and subject matter. Collectibles that display extreme nudity on the front or back will not be certified. For example, if the cover image depicts explicit sexual acts, CGC will not grade it, and the item will be returned.

Point Five
I think CGC could grade a Tijuana Bible using their comic grading criteria, but I don't see how they could determine the approximate printing date and the overall authenticity of it. The depth of knowledge they have about comics took a great deal of time to build and scale up. I'm skeptical that it could be replicated on the fly with Tijuana Bibles. thunsicker
