Pages hang about a inch out the top and they are stuck together. And they are not stapled out the top staple. But no holes in those pages that aren’t stapled

I would pay less for that copy, but maybe there's a niche collector out there who would pay more...?

As with most things,

the answer is it depends on a million things. The issue, the condition otherwise, the contents of the uncut pages, timing, luck, etc.  if it’s a random common that would otherwise cost 50 cents, I’d pay like $4-$5 for it.

so that’s like 1000% increase potentially. 
 

but if it was like 9.8 Asm 300 otherwise, I’d pay a lot less than full price
