Good morning,

Thank you for your message.  The labels that are currently available are listed on our website here: CGC's Custom Label Series | CGC (cgccomics.com)  Without seeing your order, I can't say why it isn't coming up.  You could contact our customer service department at 877-662-6642 for assistance.  If you cannot get an active label to come up on the online form, you can manually write that request on your packing slip.  Please just include the label number and indicate which book that applies to and we will make the adjustment for you when that is received.
