Josh Lobe Posted March 23, 2022 Share Posted March 23, 2022 Hi, I am new to CGC. I just upgraded my membership to a higher level so I can submit trading cards. However, when I attempt to use the online submission form, it is failing to load. I click Online Submit -> Trading Cards -> Mail In or Drop Off -> Grading. After I click Grading; I see the spinner for about 15 seconds, then it disappears. I am not presented with anymore options; and the button to "Add Trading Card" is disabled and grayed out. When I inspect the network traffic from my browser; it appears the "tiers" endpoint request is failing with a 500 server error (screenshot attached).
