Sumbission Order Status Reverted 1 1

My order went from recieved, to scheduled for grading, back to recieved. Has anyone else experienced this?

2 days ago I got a pending charge from CGC, I hope that means my cards are almost ready to be shipped!

However the status is still stuck on "recieved" and the hyperlink on my order number is still grayed out. It had previously worked fine while my order status was "scheduled for grading" but went away when my status went back to just "recieved."

I've experienced this before. I had one go from shipped back to grading. It was just an error, I contacted customer service and they fixed it.
