Disagree with card grade 2 2

I've had two cards graded recently and both got 9's. However one card had subgrades of 8.5, 9.5, 9.5, and 9, while the other card had subgrades of 9, 9, 10, 10. The average of the first card's sub grades do indeed round to 9. But the second card's sub grades average out to 9.5. I would like to know why this card did not get a 9.5. The submission numbers in question are 3972600 and 4024798

Hello

The grade of a card is not based on the average.  If the 2 lowest subgrades match, that is the grade.
