PGM: X-Men #141 Days Of Future Past 2 2

Hello gang,

You know the drill. Picked up this ditty and was wondering what grade to give it. Gut says 5.0 or 6.0...but what do I know? Heartbreaking stain on back, ticks, a couple soft edges. Thoughts? Thank you!

Ugh, yeah, with that kind of water damage, you're probably not going to see above a 3.0 to 3.5, which I would give it for being in a much higher condition otherwise.

How many pages affected by water damage? Front looks pretty good, has a few defects and would get a 6 to 7 I think if back was good and no water damage. So if only a couple pages I think FC pulls it up to 4.5. If quite a few pages then 3.5.

I would say a good 4 spreads in. So, 8 pages. I...just...can't....look...at the back. Heartbreaking. And such a good book for X-Men.
