Yes, you would need to be a paid member to submit at any shows we are attending. Free members can only submit for the Private Signings we do but regular submissions and show submissions would only be permitted to paid members. If you have any questions, please let us know. You can find a listing of any upcoming events on our website here: Events | CGC (cgccomics.com) However, there will most likely be a CGC authorized facilitator that can provide witnesses for you and submit the books to us on your behalf.
