A surface level scuff of some sort, not a tear. Not sure how to distinguish tape damage, but there's no discoloration or residue

Man, such nice rich red on this copy. Really nice
That reader crease is subtle, but does break color along at least several inches. I agree with the 5.5, maybe bump to 6.0 with a little bit of C&P.
