Question about in house signings.

Thinking about submitting my Ultimate Fallout 4 to the Crain signing. I know when you submit the book via regular signing CGC will adjust the tier and charge you according to what the book is worth once it has been graded by them. Is this also the case when it comes to in house signings? Will I also be charged according to what the book is worth depending on the grade once it has been graded or will it just be inhouse signing price of $85 plus shipping and handling? Thanks in advance.

I didn’t see anything in the signing terms/rules to indicate that they are basing any of the cost you pay on the price of the submitted comic.
