I've been trying to reach the billing department by phone for several weeks but no one ever answers. In the past when I have called someone would answer promptly, has the number changed?

Thank you for your message.  Our phone number is 877-662-6642 and you would follow the prompts for accounting.  We are very sorry for the delays in someone getting back to you.  Due to how busy our accounting department has been lately, your best bet is to email them.  You can reach them at accounting@cgccomics.com.  You can also reach out to customer service and we can try and assist you as well.

I have called accounting & left messages. I have emailed. I have called customer service to have them try to help with contacting accounting. No response from any method. What else can you recommend?
