Hello,

Just looking for a bit of advice. I have just purchased a book and its completely open.

No signs of damage or anything, has this happened in transit or could it of possibly not been sealed?

Any signs I can look for to see how this happened?

Thanks :)

Good morning,

Thank you for your message.  It seems unlikely that it was sent back to the original customer that way without being noticed by the customer.  I would reach out to the seller on this.  Since the holder is completely open, the book will have to be regraded and cannot simply be reholdered at this point.  There is a possibility, if any damage was sustained to the book, that the grade may change.

Thank you,
