submission from July 2021, said scheduled for quality assurance about a month ago. Now it's disappeared from my submission history, doesn't say shipped like the others. What gives? Did y'all lose my magazine I've waited 10mnths for

Good morning,

Thank you for your message.  Invoices stay on the main Submission Tracking page for 8 months.  After that, you can locate the specific invoice information by entering the submission number in the search bar on the submission tracking page.  Please note, if your submission is still with CCS, it won't show up in the search field until it moves to CGC for grading.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or need to check the status of an order, our customer service department can provide that to you any time.

but theres nothing there. its like it never existed. other COMPLETED and RECIEVED AT MY HOME submissions are STILL available to view on your website. But not the one im complaining about. the number that was provided to me that I've used multiple times over the last year to check on...no longer works.. says "invalid submission number" something rather. Where is my submission? It was graded.. it was quality assured... then it vanished. it DID NOT EVER SAY "shipped" like the others after CGC took their payment. I want my property, my submission i paid for and waited for nearly a year for. I'm searously losing out on something here.

You need to call the Customer Service line 1-877-NM-COMIC (1 877 662 6642) and give them the data.

Hello, are you entering the submission number or the order confirmation number?  I know sometimes customers enter the order number that is on their packing slip but that will not work.  You must enter the submission number to view the status.  Please reach out to our customer service department and we can check the status for you.  You can reach us at 877-662-6642 or by email at submissions@cgccomics.com.
