I believe just a costume change. I think Selina's Big Score sets up the new series.

In the comic universe breast size change is normal. Some artist like Joe Mad go to over the edge on womans boob size. Ohh to have 1 day in that universe haha. If the artist change so do the complete physical look of the character.
