It has been over a year and still waiting but noticed when I was charged for the pressing it was the new rate more than was on the original form. No way to get a status since it has fell off the tracking page. I have others in the pipe that may be 2023 at this rate. There was a big change in fees and benefits that went into effect on 4-28-21. It looks like your online order was completed on 4-27-21 so it had the old pricing listed but when it was entered in the system, it got in under the new pricing. Modern pressing went from $12 per book to $15 per book. I'll have our accounting department adjust the fees and we can give you the old pricing on this. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you! Will I get additional credits or a refund to my credit card for this over charge? Is there any where I can see the credit I currently have? We do hope that in the next few weeks we will have that changed, however, and soon customers will be able to view their account information themselves. In the meantime, you can contact our customer service department for any updates. You can reach us at 877-662-6642. If you have any unused membership credit, that does expire when your membership does so your order would have to be submitted and received prior to your expiration date. Thank you!
