PGM: ASM #46 3 3

Here is my copy of Amazing Spider-Man #46, the first appearance of the Shocker.

Here are the issues as I see them:

There is fraying at the top left-hand corner, the bottom left-hand corner, and the top of the front cover. There are three impressions on the front cover, one at each of Spidey’s knees and the other above Spidey’s right calf. I believe that these could easily be pressed out. There is a small color-breaking crease and a small chip in the upper right-hand corner of the front cover. There are some non-color-breaking creases in the upper left-hand corner of the front cover. There looks to be a small number written in the upper left-hand corner of the back cover. There is some slight tanning on the insides of both the front and back cover. There is a stain/dirt along the very outside of the pages at the back of the book, and this stain/dirt doesn’t show up on any interior pages. The cover is firmly attached at both staples.

I think that this is a decent copy, but I think that this book could be improved by a cleaning/pressing. What say you?

6.5, but a C&P could possibly bring it up to 7.0.  A nice copy.

6.0ish. might bump up half a grade if it flattens out better with some improved gloss. nice book.

Assuming the presser gets the dents out that I can't see and does a little cleaning, 7.0. Easy 6.0 as it is though.
