Is there a way to download the CGC comic form? 1 1

Hi I'm going to Megacon and will have a couple of comics to be signed and graded and was just wondering with the new system is there a way for me to download the form to get it completed ahead of the convention?

Hello, thank you for your message.  You can access an online submission form for a regular show drop off any time.  However, Signature Series forms will only be available at the show and are not available online.
