Package delivered, but not scanned. Should I be worried?

Trading cards submitted for standard grading with "ST" written multiple times all over the box. Mailed 5/10, USPS has proof of delivery on 5/12 with signature. However, over a week later, my submissions page says it wasn't scanned yet. I called multiple times last week, but they can't find my submission? I was told they should have revived it by now.

I'm just really worried as this is my first submission and no one can seem to give me a straight answer. I shudder at the thought that my package might've been lost...
