9.4 - it looks like there's a little something to the left of the left-most guy's feet (sorry don't know star wars) above the spider-man head... 9.6 if that's reflection.

Looks really nice, definitely higher grade.

Slight abrasion to bottom corners, very light color loss and cb spine tick near bottom staple, light soiling/ink rub at spidey's head. 

Is that bottom right corner overhang a cb crease?

9.4 thereabouts. I won't grade higher when pics.

Press it and you'll probably be very pleased with a CGC grade.

Looks like a strong 9.4 or a weak 9.6.  In mid 2021 9.6 was more likley but grading seems to have tightened on Modern Tier keys the last 5 months.

Soft corners may keep this at a 9.2/9.4.
