Does anyone know if the punisher 218 TV variant is supposed to have the daredevil marvel value stamp In it?

I know the standard cover does but I can’t find if the TV variant is supposed to or not.

I tried reading your problem post and I couldn't make heads or tails of it. Obviously English isn't your first language, and I'm sorry, but you just didn't get your message across at all. Now, that should have been conveyed to you, and I'm sorry it wasn't. 

Sorry Binyomin, I have no idea about the stamp, but the forums are indeed helpful, and I'd wager someone will probably know. Just give them a bit of time, I think most of them are still waking up.

Apologies but I am not familiar that marvel brought back the value stamp...I am sure posting in the modern comics section might attract a few more eyes of people that are more familiar with that era of book

I posted your post above, and I certainly don't mean to imply people are always nice and helpful, they're not.  Me included.  Although sometimes I like to be helpful, but lets lay out what your claim seems to be, at least from your presentation:

1. On ebay, you purchased a CGC SS 9.2 Ultimate Fallout 4, with a specialized Spider-label.  You paid for it via paypal.

2.  The seller has around 2200 feedback at the time (its now higher), at 100%.

3.  Upon receipt of the comic, you claim the book was loose in the slab and/or poorly sealed.  But you would need to pay CGC for a new slab.  But you didn't return it then.

4.  At some point, you were told the certification number actually matches a Batgirl book.  And therefore you must believe someone opened the slab, created and printed out a specialized CGC spiderman label, but INSTEAD OF copying a certification number for a similar comic (assuming they have the ability to create fake labels), used a certification number for a Batgirl book.  And then someone was able to mostly or poorly reseal the slab.  This just seems soooooo unlikely, and if the slab was loose, most anyone would check the # right away. (and the picture you provided doesn't help).  

5.  A full year later, the slab fell apart.  And you went to the seller for help/answers.  And the seller wasn't willing to help you out.

It seems you were either trying to buy a book with a lot of issues you appear to have been informed about most likely for a discount, OR there were enough red flags you should have just returned the book when you got it (I understand that might be tough if you're international).  The circumstances just don't make it seem like the seller deliberately scammed you.  Or you're not properly conveying what actually happened (perhaps because of language issues, which is understandable).

In the future, if you want to make a claim that someone scammed you, especially in writing, lay it out like a legal case so people can follow along.  Don't have to include every private detail, but make the case.  The people on this board, when properly motivated and with the right evidence, can take down scammers or help people get some justice.

You were probably hoping for more gratitude or sympathy, but I think you should be happy people didn't attack your complaint more, it really really doesn't make much sense as posted (again understandable language issues)

The only thing that should change with domestic variants is the cover. So since the contents of cover A have the Daredevil stamp, all the variants will as well.
