Resubmitted book for a press and signature, notes and grade stayed the same? 1 1

I resubmitted a book for the Claremont signing with pressing.  The notes and grade are the exact same as when I received this book after the initial grading.  Light creasing, light soil, light spine stress.  So was there no clean and press done to this? How do I get this fixed?
